GFS Coaching Hub ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account credentials, and coaching-related data you enter into the platform. We may also collect usage information such as log data, device information, and how you interact with our services.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, manage your account, communicate with you about your coaching program, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access your Google account through Google's OAuth authorization flow to sync coaching sessions with your calendar. With your permission, we may read calendar lists and events, and create, update, or delete events associated with sessions scheduled in the Platform.
Your Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form. You can disable calendar sync or disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your account settings, which stops further access using stored credentials. Google processes calendar data according to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform — including Google when you enable Google Calendar integration — or when required by law. Access to your data within the platform may also be shared with your assigned coaches or administrators as necessary to deliver our services.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
