By accessing or using GFS Coaching Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is provided for coaching, business tracking, and related educational purposes. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as needed to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You may not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute harmful or unlawful material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services to provide optional features. When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize us to interact with the Google Calendar API on your behalf to sync session scheduling. Your use of Google Calendar through the Platform is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and applicable Google API policies. We are not responsible for Google's services, availability, or changes to their APIs.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Coaching content and tools are for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, including for optional integrations such as Google Calendar sync.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFS Coaching Hub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
